History
Our firm was established in 1904 by the married couple Rudolfína and Jan Kozák as a roadside inn. In 1912 the inn burned down and a year later it was built again, already as a hotel, in today's Horova street. From 1928 to 1946, stables and garages were gradually annexed to the hotel as well as the hotel section facing the Mozolky street and a foyer with a bar. On February 27, 1948, state administration was imposed on the entire firm.
The Kozák Hotel was nationalised in 1959 and operated by the state enterprise RAJ Brno II as a Community House until restitution. In the spring of 1991, the firm was returned to the original owners. In June of the same year it reopened under the original name of "Hotel Kozák" managed by the last owner's daughter. Today, the Kozák Hotel has undergone several refurbishments and reconstruction of the social spaces and the accommodation floor.
In the Kozák Hotel, the first private hotel in Brno, you will find high-quality accommodation in recently reconstructed guestrooms. You can enjoy yourself in a restaurant open all day or in a pleasant bar with a piano and summer terrace with open fire.
We provide 3 stylish lounges for family and company celebrations plus a large social hall for 200 people with a sound system.
We obviously provide parking for our guests directly within the Kozák Hotel complex. Being situated not far from the centre of the city near the Brno Exhibition Centre, the hotel represents an ideal distance/comfort/price ratio. It is also close to the Brno reservoir, a recreation site for the inhabitants of Brno and visitors alike, with opportunities for family weekends and trips in the country. With our own hotel hairdresser's, we try to extend the range of our services for our clients.
We can organise all kinds of events, from small family celebrations to balls and conferences with hundreds of participants.
We trust that you will use the opportunity to experience as much as possible of our spectacular offer and let us meet all your wishes and expectations.
